We are looking for a motivated and resultsoriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships generating leads and managing sales cycles.
You will represent our products and services with integrity and professionalism focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking cold calling and market research.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients highlighting product benefits and features.
- Sales Cycle Management : Guide leads through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals ensuring timely followups.
- Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and terms overcoming objections and closing sales to meet or exceed quotas.
- Reporting : Track and report sales activities update CRM records and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and emerging market needs to better position products.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing customer support and product teams to optimize customer experience and feedback.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience : Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Skills :
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage customers and present product information effectively.
- Sales Techniques : Knowledge of effective sales techniques including negotiation consultative selling and objection handling.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- GoalOriented : Selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new products markets and customer needs quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience : Experience within Manufacturing Construction and Automotive is a plus.
- Additional Skills : Experience with online sales techniques or ecommerce platforms.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Proven experience ( 1-5+ years) as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and general HR functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
