A company is looking for a Transportation Claims Unit Manager for their Commercial Auto / Trucking team.Key Responsibilities : Supervise a team of 5-8 claims adjusters and manage their caseloadsEnsure compliance with file handling standards, state statutes, and company policiesLead corrective action processes and track claims trends for client discussionsRequired Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent required;
2-year degree or higher preferred7+ years of overall claims and litigation experience, preferably in commercial auto / trucking2+ years of claims supervisory experience or similar in the appropriate field preferredClaims designation (AIC, ARM, CPCU, SCLA or other industry-related) preferredAbility to obtain a Florida Adjuster's license or other required jurisdictional licensing
