Program Manager
The Program Manager will support and implement the strategic vision for the Healthcare Services Division as outlined by the Division Director or AVP.
This role is critical in promoting, encouraging, and executing the philosophies and protocols of the company, with a specific focus on managing complex and diverse teams in health and immigration settings.
Essential Functions :
Customer Management :
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Agency Executives, Operational Leads, and other stakeholders through frequent site visits.
- Serve as the primary contact for managing contract activities, identifying and mitigating issues, and proposing solutions to meet customer challenges.
Contract Management and Administration :
- Manage multiple contracts efficiently, ensuring all deliverables and contractual commitments are met within budget and on schedule.
- Apply detailed operational knowledge of the services provided by the company to enhance contract performance and compliance.
Business Development :
- Leverage on-ground presence to continuously identify and pursue expanded client work and new business opportunities.
- Contribute substantially to proposal development with technical response writing, management approach, and pricing inputs.
Functional / Operational Expertise :
Develop expertise in healthcare staffing, clinic operational management, or financial management, applying this knowledge in proposal development and contract execution.
Corporate Initiatives and Personnel Management :
- Engage in corporate process improvement initiatives and manage relationships across departments.
- Train, supervise, and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with standards.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Healthcare Clinic Operational Management / Financial Back Office Management.
- Strong skills in Federal Contract Management, Business Writing, and Proposal Development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Access is a plus.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex and diverse teams, preferably in health or immigration settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively in a multidisciplinary team-based environment.
Required Education / Licensure :
- Master’s degree in Health Management, Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
- Full, current, and unrestricted project management certification (PMP).
