Salary : $14.00-$16.00 Hourly DOE

Sock It to Me is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Order Fulfillment Team as a pick / pack associate.

This role is responsible for helping us keep our service level commitment to customers during the busy holiday shopping period by picking and packing direct-to-consumer ecommerce orders.

The seasonal shift requires availability from November 4, 2024-December 20, 2024, to work 40 hours per week, Monday Friday 7 : 00 am 3 : 30 pm.

This is a NON-EXEMPT position that reports to the Fulfillment Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Using pick lists to select the correct SKUs and quantities to fulfill online retail orders.
• Packing online retail orders, verifying correct quantities, and SKUs have been picked and appropriately marking packaging as needed.
• Assisting in the receipt of restock containers, including unloading boxes from a container / truck.
• Organizing cartons of merchandise, labeling cartons and replenishing inventory bins as needed.
• Being on time and working with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has / has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications :

• Highschool Diploma / GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in a fulfillment related role.
• Understanding of shipping software such as Endicia, UPS Worldship and / or Fed / Ex Ship Manager preferred.
• Ability to use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, conveyer belts, and ladders and well as the ability to wrap pallets by hand using stretch wrap.

Compensation :

This is a full-time, seasonal, non-exempt position for the period of 11 / 04 / 2024-12 / 20 / 2024. Compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour.
