We are currently hiring a part time Receptionist to staff the front desk of an Outpatient Pediatric Center that provides services for children with Autism.
Candidates must be available to work weekends 9am - 3pm.. Ideal Candidate should be flexible to assist with coverage when needed.
Responsibilities :
- Candidates must be available to work weekends 9am - 3pm.
- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- General clerical work (filing, faxing, copying)
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidate must be kid-friendly and outgoing
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
