Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record in SaaS product management delivering features that solve core customer needs, coupled with familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses
- Ability to uncover customer needs and astutely leverage internal and external technologies to create innovative solutions, including adept use of artificial intelligence and automation
- Can fluidly operate at multiple levels, from distilling insights and presenting to leadership as well as getting involved at the ground level and sweating the details
- Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute impactful product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead a global cross-functional team including engineering, design, and product functions across time zones (engineering team is based in India)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, including leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data
- Excited by the prospect of contributing to a newer area of the business - where existing precedents may not exist and creativity and judgment may be needed to identify the right’ solution
- Experience working in the Fintech SaaS space serving large business (B2B) customers, including familiarity with core business functions such as accounting, invoicing, cash flow management, compliance, and reporting and analysis.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $167,500 - $226,500, Colorado $144,500 - $195,500, Bay Area California $167,500 - 226,500, Southern California $157,500 - 213,500, Washington $151,500 - $205,500, Washington .
$151,500 - $204,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
