Job Title : 3rd Shift Process Technician
Join our team as a 3rd Shift Process Technician, working from 11 : 00pm to 7 : 15am, including every other weekend on Saturday.
Initial training will occur on the 1st shift during the first week from 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm.
Job Description
- Operate Cincinnati presses, handling machines from 350 ton to 1950 ton, and work with materials such as nylon, polypropylene, and Acetal.
- Collaborate with mold setters and material handlers to manage resin placement, checking valve gates, troubleshooting issues on plastic injection machines, and maintaining proper setup of material, heat, and water.
- Use a detailed check sheet for tracking processes across machines and troubleshoot robotic issues, engaging a robot programmer for complex reprogramming needs.

Work Environment
The position is based in a dynamic manufacturing setting in Grand Rapids, within a 2-mile radius encompassing 4 main facilities.
