SUMMARY : Reporting to the VP, Marketing Analytics & Experimentation, the Project Manager for Data and Consumer Marketing will be responsible for operational efficiency and project management for the Consumer Marketing and Analytics Team overseeing projects, production schedules for marketing campaigns and projects, scheduling and managing external communications and internal reporting, facilitating project kick-offs and retrospectives.
You’ll have an in-depth understanding of the deliverables, to-do’s, dependencies, resources, and processes for the team’s projects, and will ensure we are delivering on time and to the best of our ability.
You will also work closely with our Creative and Product teams to create and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the marketing operations process and operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Own our project request channels, production timelines, and accountability enforcement
- Work with stakeholders across business units to prioritize work
- Work with stakeholders to capture requirements, create tickets, identify stakeholders and ensure the Consumer team has a full understanding of scope, audience and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget
- Manage and monitor day-to-day project activities, including status, timelines, scope, risks, deliverables, and resources
- Facilitate project kick-offs and retrospectives
- Communicate throughout process for alignment and focus on shared goals
- Develop and document cross-functional processes and procedures to drive internal efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
- College degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Background in data / marketing operations, marketing
- PM certification with knowledge and experience using
project management methodologies and tools
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES) :
- Strong analytical, critical, and creative-thinking skills
- Superior project management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
- Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Knowledge of ticketing system (Jira and Asana experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel / PowerPoint
Nice to have :
- Experience working with analytics and development teams
- Experience working in a b2b2c environment.
- Basic understanding of SQL and / or email development

However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
$53,300.00 - $99,100.00
