One call.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Plan documents including but not limited to initial documents, restatements, amendments (required and discretionary) and documents for correction programs using document software (FT Williams)Compile documents to send to client (Print / Scan, electronic)Work with and maintain electronic filesFollow up on receipt of executed Plan documents and amendments via mail, email, or telephoneEvaluate documents for accuracy and completeness upon returnUtilization of data base to track work in its stages - maintain information and produce any necessary reportsRequesting TIN's for PlansPrepare EPCRS submission materials, as requestedMaintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulation applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashionQualificationsCollege Degree and / or professional designation from ASPPA, ERPA, CEBS, NIPA or paralegal certificateExperience in working with qualified plansWell-Developed written and oral communication skillsAnalyze problems and issues and present possible solutionsStrong organization skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize work assignments and multitaskMeet tight deadlines and due datesDisplay an intermediate level of knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and as well as personal computer skillsMaintain proficient knowledge of and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to his position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashionOther Job InformationHours : 40 hours / weekCompensation : Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
