MedSpa Director (Med Spa / Aesthetic Clinic)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Director to oversee clinical operations for a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic. This role blends leadership, compliance oversight, team development, and hands-on clinical support in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage the clinical team, including RNs, NPs / PAs, and medical assistants.
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania regulations, medical board guidelines, and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with medical directors and ownership on service delivery, safety protocols, and clinical training.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser, wellness injections).
• Oversee patient safety, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Maintain inventory controls of medical supplies and medications.
• Participate in business development by identifying opportunities for new services or process improvements.
