School Based Paraprofessional Opening west of Detroit, MI
We are now interviewing School based Paraprofessionals to work throughout the school district. This is a supportive school district west of Detroit, MI that offers the opportunity to work the remainder of the 23 / 24 School Year.
Qualifications :
- Must possess an Associate's Degree or Parapro Certificate
- Candidate must understand emotional impairments and behaviors, be comfortable with de-escalation, and aggressive behaviors
- Need to have at least 1 supervisory reference prior to submission
Job Details :
- Full Time Hours : 37.5 hours / week
- Caseload : 1 : 1 position with 14 year old male high school student, will have assistance at all times except for transport to and from Day Program
- ASAP to June 13, 2024 (high likelihood of renewal for the 24 / 25 School Year)
