Sukut is seeking a dynamic intern to join our summer internship program. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career with a company where building excellence in people and projects is why we exist! Our internship program is designed to provide you with real-world hands-on experience primarily in the field, where the Action is! We offer a structured and robust 10-week internship in the summer.

You will be working alongside mentors and construction experts to gain knowledge and skills within the project management function .

Your Role

As an Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the Company's success by providing support to your mentor project manager and assigned project team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Assisting project management staff on various aspects of estimating and project management work, rotating between types of work and departments as available
• Helping with clerical needs of project management staff which may relate to project submittals, scheduling, costing, document control, and other miscellaneous tasks in the office and at the job sites
• Learning to use AutoCAD for projects
• Attending project meetings with customers
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

• Enrolled in college, leading to a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
• Eligibility to work in the United States, full-time (Monday-Friday) with overtime as necessary.
• A minimum of one years' work experience reflecting ambition and a good work ethic; some construction experience helpful
• Any equivalent combination of acceptable education, training, and experience

A reasonable base compensation estimate for this position includes a new hire base hourly rate of $22 - $25 per hour + comprehensive benefits + potential for a discretionary profit-sharing bonus.

Individual pay within this compensation range may span multiple levels within the role and is determined by assessing job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

It also factors in market demands and business needs. The disclosed range may be subject to change or modification based on business needs in the future.
