Design user-friendly reporting solutions in a business intelligence platform (Tableau), which include complex data visualizations.

Deliver Tableau training sessions for a broad and diverse group of end users.

Prioritize critical reporting needs across Zoom's People Experience organization, in partnership with senior leaders.

Create statistical forecasting models for hiring and turnover.

What we're looking for :

Requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.

Must have 6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

• Must have 6 years of experience in Database technologies, such as Snowflake; Statistical programming languages such as R and Python;
• Engineering and extracting employee data from source systems such as Workday; Reporting dashboard design; SQL programming;

and Reporting requirements documentation.

Telecommuting work arrangement permitted : position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.
