Summary
- Facilities staff support as needed
- Extremely strong oral, written, time management and digital communications skills used across a variety of areas
- Work with internal and external partners (and all customers) in a pleasant and positive manner
- Schedule internal / external meetings, coordinate associated agendas and catering
- Have comfort with working with new office automation technologies, including use of audio / video conferencing
- Submit purchase requisitions and check requests for multiple sites and track expenses
- Obtain reports from SAP for financial reporting
- Submit invoices to correct Managers for approval and track invoicing against POs or CARs. Work with vendors on invoicing issues
- Process invoices / contracts through client systems such as Ariba / SAP
- Create Smart Sheets and Excel spreadsheets for projects and financial tracking

- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Skype) required
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have
- Familiarity with the Central New Jersey Region
- Previous experience in high technology or life sciences firm (e.g. biotechnology) is a plus
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, Excel, Smart Sheets preferred
