- Experience in data governance programs. Once MDM is up and running, how should we govern? Data Quality / Data Cleansing how do you identify rules, build them, track them, report on them
- Experience in digital transformation of a sizable effort.
- I think project management is a good skill, however any good tech leader should understand how to approach the work and break it down into discrete tasks with timelines.
- Deep skills in data profiling enough to query the data themselves and to direct and coach others. And when issues are found, some experience in remediation approaches.
- High level architecture the overall data flow the relationship of systems such as those in our primary project which are : xDM (Semarchy), SAP, EDP.
