Outcome Measurement : Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient progress and outcomes, ensuring effective and data-driven treatment plans.

Thorough Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, showcasing your commitment to quality and compliance.

Patient and Family Education : Empower patients and their families with knowledge and support, providing education on exercise programs, home care techniques, and strategies to promote long-term health.

Collaborative Care : Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

Qualifications :

Education : Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.

Licensure : Active Physical Therapy state license (or in the process of obtaining one). New graduates are welcome to apply.
