Overall Objective
The Director Data Scientist and AI works closely with Retail Technology, Media and Account Services teams to provide predictive modeling of Marketing, Direct & Digital Efforts.
We are looking for a motivated Director and analytical thought leader.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining CI / CD pipelines for ML model deployments
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes
- Monitoring and ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of ML systems
- Implementing Ads Data Hub
- Leading a fractional MLOps team consisting of individuals from different departments who dedicate a portion of their working hours to MLOps initiatives.
- Collaborating with the MLOps team to integrate marketing data sources and metrics, leveraging ML techniques for insights and optimizations.
- Providing ML-driven recommendations and insights to optimize model development, deployment strategies, and overall MLOps planning.
- Driving innovation, research, and development in the field of MLOps and Data Science.
- Managing projects and creating roadmaps for MLOps and Data Science initiatives.
- Leveraging product lead experience in the analytics or marketing vertical to drive the success of MLOps and Data Science initiatives.

- Experience with machine learning and marketing analytics to enhance MLOps processes and drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide ML-driven recommendations and insights to optimize model development, deployment strategies, and overall MLOps planning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, research, and development in the field of MLOps and Data Science.
- Strong project management and roadmapping skills.
- Product lead experience in the analytics or marketing vertical.
