HealthCare Support is actively seeking a full time Clinical Dietitian to fill a permanent opening with an acute care facility in Aurora, CO .
n Daily Responsibilities for the Clinical Dietitian :

Patient Assessment : Evaluate nutritional status via medical history, physical exams, and dietary reviews.

Dietary Planning : Develop personalized nutrition plans based on health conditions and treatment goals.
n t n t
Education : Teach patients and families about nutrition and managing specific dietary needs.
n t n t
Collaboration : Work with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition into treatment plans.
n t n t
Monitoring Progress : Track and adjust dietary plans to optimize health outcomes.
n t n t
Specialized Services : Support patients with specific needs, like diabetes or heart disease.

Schedule : Full Time Monday- Friday n
n Required Qualifications for the Clinical Dietitian : n n n t
- Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition or related field n t
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietic Registration n t
- 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition n
