Jr. Project Coordinator needed for a contract to hire position working remotely from within the Pacific Time Zone (PST)!
Our client is in the process of a large rollout and needs a Project Administrator to help with coordinating the onsite resources.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for the following duties :
- Experience with the Field Nation Workforce Platform is required.
- Calling ahead to sites to confirm site information and coordinate site scheduling
- Contacting techs via phone / email to schedule them being onsite
- Checking techs in and out of sites
- Monitoring bridge line in case onsite techs have issues and escalating issues to appropriate people.
- The client is doing 50-60 sites per month.
- Must be proficient with MS Office and MS Teams
- Must be in PST time zone.
