Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative , you will connect with clients who have requested information about coverage, educate them on available options, and help them find the best solution for their needs. This is a commission-only, entry level position with bonuses available based on performance. Successful representatives often grow into leadership roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

Contact and schedule appointments with clients who have requested information about insurance products

Conduct virtual, phone, or in-person consultations (your choice)

Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs using products from A-rated carriers

Submit applications and maintain accurate records

Participate in team training sessions and meetings (mostly virtual)

Maintain professionalism, self-discipline, and commitment to personal growth

Requirements

Active state life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one - we will help with this process)

Reliable computer and internet connection

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Self-motivated with a growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits
