Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience to provide exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate web-based applications, experience with EMR systems, and expertise in handling Level I trauma cases.
You will play a critical role in tracking patient data, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Study patient medical histories, test results, and treatment plans to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and track routine vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry readings.
- Interpret and record data from specialized medical technologies and equipment.
- Administer medications and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists.
- Maintain and update patient ward charts, files, and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with healthcare specialists, reporting any changes or signs of patient deterioration.
- Explain test results and procedures to patients and their families, providing clear and compassionate communication.
- Advise patients on post-hospital care, including medication, home care protocols, disease prevention, and lifestyle adjustments.
Job Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required. Experience in a teaching hospital and expertise in a specialty area is preferred.
- Skills : Ability to navigate web-based applications and EMR systems. Experience in Level I trauma care is essential.
- Preferred Qualifications : Experience in a teaching hospital and in a specialized area of care is strongly preferred.
