THE ROLE :
- Clinical Leadership : Provide clinical oversight and direction to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Staff Management : Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Care Coordination : Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring effective coordination of services and optimal patient outcomes.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and adherence to best practices, implementing improvements as needed to enhance care quality and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards, including maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- Previous experience in home health care management or leadership role preferred
- Can consider an Assistant Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
