Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in California to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, assisting attorneys with complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
  • Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Coordinating and managing document production and discovery processes, including e-discovery.
  • Organizing and maintaining case files and ensuring all documents are filed correctly and timely.
  • Preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and evidence.
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court officials as necessary to facilitate case progression.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by the legal team.

Requirements :

  • Paralegal Certification is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    • Work Hours : Monday - Friday
