Job Description
Gammage & Burnham is a Phoenix-based midsize firm with a highly regarded real estate and land use group. We are seeking an associate attorney to join the Real Estate Group.
We are experts on a broad range of real estate matters, such as acquisitions and dispositions of real property, planning for and developing homebuilder projects, retail shopping centers, office buildings, master-planned communities, multifamily projects, and industrial parks.
Gammage & Burnham is seeking an associate with 1-4 years' experience with transactional real estate experience.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Top academic credentials.
- Ability to manage real estate closings.
- Review title commitments and surveys.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and leases.
- Distill and analyze information and communicate effectively with other attorneys and clients.
- Detail-oriented but also able to determine material issues and propose solutions
- Can effectively work as part of a team (both as part of the client's team and with other attorneys) on multiple complicated matters simultaneously.
