VCA PetCare East Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to complement our talented team in Santa Rosa, California .

VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians. We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.

• Our recently-built, 13,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, full in-house lab, endoscopy, CT and more.
• Boarded specialists include 3 surgeons, 3 internists, and an oncologist. Our nursing staff comprises a high ratio of experienced RVT’s.
• Our sister practice VCA PetCare West works closely with us and provides 7 days-a-week general medicine, urgent care, dentistry, wellness and surgery.

The ideal candidate will practice high quality medicine, possess excellent communications skills, and be service oriented.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 - $240K.

This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
