We offer free gift packaging, excellent customer service, and a wide range of products for various occasions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at tangerine cards & gifts. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, maintaining inventory levels, and hiring and reviewing sales associates.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month
  • Must be available for opening shifts of 10 am and the closing shift of 6 pm
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
