Job Summary :
We are looking for friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Hingham. Customer Service Representatives will ensure pleasant customer interactions, accurate transactions, and a focus on customer care.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with clients.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work weekends, especially Saturdays.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate care and attentiveness towards customer needs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Uphold company standards of service excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
