Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to fill the pivotal position of Practice Manager at our Complete Care office.
Summary of duties : The Billing Records Chart Auditor is responsible for identifying billing and coding documentation errors including missing, deficient, or inaccurate data within the patient records.
Duties & Essential Functions :

- Quality control of billing records
- Organization and creation of chart checklists
- Identify and document all missing, deficient and / or inaccurate data or documentation
- Communicate proactively with team members, clinical directors and clinical and billing staff to resolve errors found
- Understand the important aspects of proper documentation
Skills & Expectations :
- Possess the ability to operate independently
- Efficiency while navigating EHR system and Salesforce
- Must stay current on all updated processes and procedures
- Sufficient knowledge of proper documentation and good record-keeping
- Effective communication with Direct Manager
- Maintain confidentiality of patients and records
- Hold an active Certified Professional Coder certification.
