Responsibilities : Develop knowledge and maintain, repair and trouble-shoot facility systems and equipment in accordance with manuals.
Includes the following areas : Carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC etc. Floors, bathroom facilities, walls, carpets, etc.
Locks on cabinets, doors, desks, etc. Electrical and minor electrical repairs Filter Tracking and Changing Managing the Camera System, Magnetic Door Computer System Waste Management Key Management.
Tracking and Distribution Conduct routine facility inspections and regular testing of various systems (generator, alarms, etc.
and maintain logs and document outcomes. Prepare and update Safety Data Sheets. Identify vendors and coordinator repair and maintenance work performed by third-parties, ensuring services are complete and performed in compliance with procedures, regulations and contractual obligations.
If required, obtain price quotes for out-of-scope projects, work or repairs. Request approval for the purchase of supplies and materials, submitting payment vouchers on a timely basis.
Coordinate and document timely, mandated inspections by regulatory agencies. Move furniture and equipment. Prepare various reports as requested by supervisor.
Serve on the Safety Committee and attend meetings. Share on-call response duties for alarms during and after regular work hours.
Prepare training materials and train EECM staff and others, as requested. Attend training, as required. Qualifications : Salary : From $55,000 - $65,000 annually Possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a current valid, regular Class A Pennsylvania driver’s license with no accidents, points or violations in the past 3 years.
Must be maintained throughout course of employment. High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications or vocational training in specific disciplines required.
At least 3 years of prior, relevant work experience required. Cultural awareness sensitivity, experience working with people of diverse backgrounds, skills and needs.
Prior experience working in a NFP or community organization is helpful. Act 33 and 34 clearances and ability to pass drug screening required.
