Academic Records Coordinator ($25 per hour)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage student academic records, ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality.
  • Process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and graduationclearances.
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of electronic andphysical student records.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to update and maintain coursecatalogs and program requirements.
  • Coordinate the evaluation of transfer credits and credit transfersbetween institutions.
  • Assist students, faculty, and staff with inquiries related to academicrecords and policies.
  • Prepare reports and statistical analyses on academic records data asneeded.
  • Stay updated on regulations and best practices related to academicrecordkeeping.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably in auniversity or higher education setting.
  • Knowledge of academic recordkeeping procedure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and student information systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
