Position : Vice President Global Equities COO Team

We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify client monetization opportunities and drive strategic initiatives liaising with Equity Sales & Trading management and Account managers
  • Coordinate with Business management and corporate functions to remediate Sales and Client issues
  • Set and manage technology priorities for development of CRM solutions for the Equities business
  • Work closely with Global Head of Sales and Global COO functions in setting priorities for the business and track progress of such priorities
  • Collaborate with Sales, SRM, Trading, Research and Corporate functions
  • Manage and support data driven assignments such as votes management, pitchbook preparations, contacts cleanup and other ad-hoc analytics impacting client / business performance

Qualifications :

  • Prior experience working in Client strategy or Business Management at a bank within Equities Global Markets will be a preference
  • Previous experience in optimizing and standardizing processes, resources allocation and client segmentation
  • Advanced ability of using PowerPoint and MS Excel with very good analytical and communication skills
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems knowledge
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $150,000 - $175,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
