- Would be responsible to provide Level 1 and 2 IT Desktop Support, with experience supporting with Windows.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Desktops, infrastructure, mobile devices, etc.
- Support in person, by phone and by email.
- Environment consists of : Desktops, Laptops, PC's, Mobile Devices, Active Directory, Systems, Windows, Azure, MS Teams, O365, iPhone, Android, etc.
