Then our LEAD CHHA - Call Out Cover position could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Overview

As a CHHA , you'll play a critical role in delivering a high-quality experience for the clients, must be able to walk into any situation and deliver exceptional care.

This will likely include a combination of regular clients and fill in shifts. These caregivers are assigned as needed by the scheduling team within the allocated work hours.

Members of this team will be guaranteed 40 hours of pay each week!! whether you have an assignment or not.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate the client's care and report back to the Client Director
• Respond promptly to call-outs and report to assigned client locations on short notice.
• Review client care plans and familiarize yourself with their specific needs and routines.
• Provide high-quality care as outlined in the care plan, including personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Adapt to different client personalities and situations positively and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document all care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or nurse.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care.

Qualifications :

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) NJ license in good standing.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license REQUIRED
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and transferring.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and upholding client confidentiality.
