Bridgeline Staffing is seeking multiple passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers for full-time positions at a school near Boston, MA.
These positions have the option to start ASAP or in the Fall. The ideal candidates will have a solid commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs and abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Promote positive behavior and social skills development
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Special Education certification in the state of MA
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in special education
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
