AlliedTravelCareers is working with CompHealth to find a qualified Pharmacist in Western Springs, Illinois, 60558!
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced pharmacy leader to join our team as our Evening Shift Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor. This evening shift schedule attractively does not require working weekends unless in an emergency coverage situation so some level of flexibility here is needed.
Our health system is a good sized acute care not for profit system with an established Pharmacy Residency program in place providing you with plenty of room for professional growth.
You will be leading an Rx team of 15+ individuals comprised of both staff clinical pharmacists and pharm techs.
Located in our scenic Western Illinois community, we are a college size town that is equidistant (approx. 2 hrs. from St.
Louis, MO and Springfield, IL. This position offers a very generous compensation package (up to around $180K depending on experience) and good benefits in a comparatively low cost of living area.
In order to apply, you must have, at a minimum, at least a Bachelors in Pharmacy, a year of Acute Care Hospital Pharmacist experience, and some formal pharmacy management experience as well.
However, the management experience does NOT have to be hospital-based just so long as you've been a pharmacy leader in general.
