PCU Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift
Location : Mount Vernon, OH
Pay : $29-46 / hr

This full-time position features a night shift, offering an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about providing specialized care in a progressive care unit.
Job Description :
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), including monitoring vital signs and managing complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses and progress.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and medical interventions.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies, ensuring appropriate care and support.
Education + Certification Requirements :
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Experience in a PCU or similar high-acuity setting is highly desirable.
