Inventory Specialist
Inventory Specialist
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory.
Monitor and Maintain Inventory
- Direct cycle counts, physical inventories, and implement inventory control improvements to ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Spearhead the development of programs and conduct audits for enhancing inventory accuracy.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective
- Identify discrepancies in inventory and craft effective corrective action plans, encompassing systems, people, or processes.
- Analyze inventory variances and exception reports to uphold inventory accuracy and quality within the facility.
Inventory Labeling and
- Strategically place tags and labels on inventory stocks and storage locations.
- Generate comprehensive inventory balance reports as required, contributing to informed decision-making.
Exceptional Customer Service and
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and team members for streamlined operations.
- Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, adapting flexibly to dynamic operational needs.
Tech-Savvy and Interpersonal
- Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP) is essential.
- A self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective teamwork.
Educational and Physical
- High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Capable of occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds and engaging in regular activities such as sitting, walking, standing, and bending.
