Do you have the gift of administration and organization and love the thought of sharing this gift in a church? Rolling Hills Community Church is looking for a Christ-following Executive Assistant to the CFO at our Franklin Campus.
The ideal Executive Assistant will be able to help the CFO effectively manage the broad operational scope of the church including scheduling, donor records management, HR reporting and processing, minor financial reconciliations, and other administrative support to the CFO.
Hard working and proactive mindset with strong Excel skills, yet a fun and engaging personality that fits in with our current staff culture is a must.

OBJECTIVE
The Executive Assistant to the CFO for Rolling Hills is responsible for serving as primary administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer, as well as support for the Donor Development Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendar, and monitoring email as needed / requested.
- Assist with financial processing including reconciling donations in Pushpay to PCO and counting tithes and offerings on Mondays.
- Assist Donor Development Director with research and maintenance of donor records and overall management of capital campaign reporting and dashboards.
- Help schedule and coordinate occasional various meetings by booking spaces, setting up the room, and occasionally ordering catering.
- Help manage personnel records including medical insurance records for annual signups and tracking and maintaining dashboards like FTE counts and personnel KPIs.
- Attend monthly Finance Team meetings and record minutes. This is normally an evening meeting.
- Help the Chief Financial Officer to plan Operations staff outings, celebrations, and departmental awards.
- Assist with onboarding of new Operational staff through providing welcome baskets, scheduling initial 90 / 90 / 90 meetings, and other tasks.
- Assist other Executive Assistants with larger projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of five years in church-related ministry or the equivalent business experience in other comparable venues, preferred.
- College level undergraduate degree, strongly preferred.
- High level of computer literacy required.
