Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.Develop and execute marketing plans.Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.

Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.

Maintain and manage the marketing budget.Collaborate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins.

Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships.Why You Are Qualified :

A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and / or sales desiredExperience working with marketing plans and external sales

Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law. EOE.
