WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

• Obtain 4-5 Demos on average per week
• Meet or exceed the Model for Demos, HpD and Set Rate
• Coach and enforce adherence to the methodology by demonstration and appraisal
• Drive to and from targeted neighborhoods safely and efficiently in absence of Proximity Marketing Manager
• Ensure all ordinances are met and maintain relationships with all local authorities
• Respect all current and potential customer property
• Intervene immediately when a Marketer encounters a complaint, verbal challenge, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during the Canvass
• Adhere to all protocols when an incident occurs
• Ensure that every Marketer meets the appearance guidelines
• Complete and sign a Vehicle Log daily including the daily safety check, time out / time in from the office, the neighborhoods visited and any stops.

Ensure your vehicle is always clean and professional. Clean inside the vehicle nightly

• Map out every teammate's daily canvass along with alternative territories
• Always maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company handbook

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's license required and additional insurance requirements
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience
• Sales driven mentality
• Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely
• Must be able to organize & prioritize
• Ability to adapt well and accept / give feedback in a changing environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management

Pay : $18 an hour base pay + weekly performance based bonus
