WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Obtain 4-5 Demos on average per week
- Meet or exceed the Model for Demos, HpD and Set Rate
- Coach and enforce adherence to the methodology by demonstration and appraisal
- Drive to and from targeted neighborhoods safely and efficiently in absence of Proximity Marketing Manager
- Ensure all ordinances are met and maintain relationships with all local authorities
- Respect all current and potential customer property
- Intervene immediately when a Marketer encounters a complaint, verbal challenge, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during the Canvass
- Adhere to all protocols when an incident occurs
- Ensure that every Marketer meets the appearance guidelines
- Complete and sign a Vehicle Log daily including the daily safety check, time out / time in from the office, the neighborhoods visited and any stops.
Ensure your vehicle is always clean and professional. Clean inside the vehicle nightly
- Map out every teammate's daily canvass along with alternative territories
- Always maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company handbook
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's license required and additional insurance requirements
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience
- Sales driven mentality
- Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely
- Must be able to organize & prioritize
- Ability to adapt well and accept / give feedback in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management

Pay : $18 an hour base pay + weekly performance based bonus
