Store Manager Description :

Smoothie King is the nation’s oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements. Smoothie King is currently seeking Store Managers.
A brief summary of the management position :
- Experience in the food, retail, or customer service industry is required *
- Must be available to work 50+ hours a week *

Essential Job Functions :
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and written
- Ability to manage store operations independently
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage resources to ensure established service levels are maintained at all times
- Exception Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of guest service techniques
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Organization and planning skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team building skills and strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Available to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and / or frozen products, and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, grains and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
- Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
- Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
- Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
- Ability to position self to bend, reach and scoop through assigned shifts'
