RN Weekend Unit Manager - Nursing Home

An elegant skilled nursing, long term care facility located near Floyd, NY is currently seeking a strong RN Weekend Unit Manager .
Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient’s examinations and / or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications :
- Must have New York RN license
- Must have managerial experience skilled nursing
- Must have long term care / skilled nursing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership & management skills
- Must be a self-starter and energetic
