PrimaryResponsibilities :

• Lead project management and provide technical guidancefor the design and implementation of projects related to pipelinemeasurement process and compression activities.
• Participate in all phases of project scopes including bidspecifications cost estimation project design material procurementdrawing reviews inspection and technical support duringconstruction and commissioning.

Handle job completion requirementsfor electrical and automation projects.

• Engageextensively with stakeholders vendors engineering firms andconstruction companies to ensure project success.
• Design support and evaluate automation and controlsystems to ensure safe and efficient facility and pipelineoperations.

Participate in startup commissioning and resolution ofopen issues.

Administer and developAVEVA / Wonderware Historian Tier 1 and Tier 2 systems includingserver setup troubleshooting and maintenance.

Manage communicationprotocols with remote facilities and provide training and systemaccess support to internal personnel.

Play akey role in developing technology to enhance system reliability atfacilities. Collaborate with teams to implement industry metricsand KPIs using Operational Technology integrated with Historiansystems.

Develop reports for stakeholders and leadership ensuringcompliance with regulations.

• Provide directsupport for programmable logic controllers (PLC) distributedprocess control systems (DCS) humanmachine interfaces (HMI)Historian data logging and reporting and associated OperationalTechnology (OT) equipment and systems.
• Contribute to the development of process flow diagramspiping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s) andelectrical and automation drawings.

Ensure electrical designincluding power systems and integration of classified areas adheresto code compliance. Oversee electricians and field techniciansduring new installations and troubleshooting.

Coordinate andcommunicate directly with Automation & ElectricalSpecialists.

• Design and install telemeteringsystems for integration into the SCADA system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply current systemsecurity engineering methods practices and technologies to thearchitecture design development evaluation and integration of OTsystems and networks ensuring appropriate security and riskmitigation.
• Support various projects relatedto sustainability emissions reductions and technology enhancementswhile fostering innovation and establishing standards for newsystems.

MinimumQualifications :

• ABETaccredited Bachelor of Science degree in ElectricalEngineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. Other engineeringdegrees may be considered based on relevant experience inOperational Technology.
• A minimum of 4 yearsof experience in Controls and Automation Engineering.
• Experience in PLC programming HMIbased control systemsdata communication and network systems.

PreferredQualifications :

• Strong oral and written communication skills proventechnical abilities and proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively withina team environment.
• Exceptional timemanagement and multitasking abilities.
• Priorproject management experience is preferred.
• While this position requires travel to company facilitiesand project sites throughout Western NY and Northwest / Central PAovernight travel is limited.
