BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Financial Business Analyst for a Hybrid opportunity Minnesota.

Position Title : Business Analyst (Financial Services)

Location : Sunfish Lake, MN

Anticipated Start Date : 10 / 14 / 2024

Expected Duration : 6+ months

Job Type : Contract - Hybrid

Pay Range : $65 / hr to $75 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

Our industry leading client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their IT Department on a contract basis and support our IT Business Partner (BRM) Team.

If you excel in communication, are detail-oriented, and can thrive both in team settings and independently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Capture and coordinate cross-functional and end-to-end business requirements, particularly in the Mergers & Acquisitions space.
• Design complex cross-functional data integration plans, identifying and addressing intricate systems and

processes.

Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to design cutover scenarios, evaluating and communicating the pros and cons to the business.

Basic Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, including :
• Defining and managing system scope and objectives for projects
• Gathering and preparing detailed user stories
• Creating and modifying procedures to address complex issues
• Experience with management reports and roadmaps using tools such as PowerBI, PowerPoint, LeanIX, or

similar.

• Experience in budget reporting and management, ideally using Apptio or a similar tool.
• Proficiency in change management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
