This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability / ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.

Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement / story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
  • Mentors other software engineers and coaches the team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack.
  • Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Performs spike / proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
  • Automates manual release activities.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Application, IT, Computer Science, or a job-related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in a job-related field required.
  • Strong programming experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, ASP.NET / Web API, Python, .NET Core, and Agile.
  • Strong programming experience with Oracle Database development.
  • Experience with tools like Toad, Informatica, Datical / Radical.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Database DML / DDL changes.
  • Working knowledge of GIT or any similar source code repositories.
  • Working knowledge of Continuous build and deployment strategy using Jenkins and Ansible.
  • Soft skills like teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving skills are desired.

Desired Qualifications :

Experience with tools like Swagger is highly desired.

Pay Transparency Details :

Pay range : $100,700.00 - $180,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and / or group;

and the overall success of the Company. This role is currently benefits eligible.
