About The Position

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner Locum to work coverage in Salem, Oregon. Starting, as soon as credentialed. Ask if you are a Locum considering a Permanent roll-over.

The Family Nurse Practitioner Role :

Setting : Clinic / outpatient only. No Call, no weekends.
Census : Adults under court order
Procedures : General Care. Physicals. History. Chronic maintenance.
Scope : In-person and possible telephone consults.
PPD : 4-8
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8-5 p, Full-time
EMR : Avatar
Start : Anticipated November 2025.

Requirements of the Family Nurse Practitioner role :

OR state license; active, unrestricted.

Board certified (BE considered), CSR License.

Certifications – BLS.

Clean Malpractice will be given preference.

CV education and work history in MM / YYYY format
