Product Manager - 59956
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Product Manager to work in Cincinnati, OH on Hybrid basis.
Pay Rate : $55 - $58 / hr
Must have Supply Chain, Oracle, strong preference of retail, and someone who is confident and sharp
Supplier Hub- oracle based app that has quite a few customizations- payment info, relationship tracking -
Someone that knows Oracle, product management, Jira (must haves)
Vendor / supplier experience is the nice to have
Years of experience- as long as they have the oracle / jira / organized
- Experience defining a mission & vision for a product to help drive strategy
- Putting together an actual strategy and executing based on business goals (VS being a "feature factory" PM)
- Experience with writing & owning OKRs
- Experience working in a model where the tech leads are onshore and dev team is offshore (i.e., everything has to be spelled out very clearly so the game of "phone" that can happen doesn't misconstrue requirements, etc.)
- Experience working with a product that has multiple business stakeholders whose objectives may not align
- Experience w / prioritizing a backlog and roadmap based on competing objectives
- Experience & being OK in an agile / waterfall environment
- Experience working with a product that is heavily integrated with many downstream systems (some upstream) that require on your product to do what they need to do in many ways

- JIRA experience is ideal, if not a requirement as this is used every day
- Dynatrace experience is ideal
- SQL experience is a nice to have, but not required
- Additional tools used that would be nice to have but not required :
- Echo / Kibana- nice to have
- Business Objects- nice to have
- PowerBI- nice to have
- Confluence- nice to have
- Mural
- Industry experience is always helpful (specifically experience w / Vendor & Supplier experience)
