Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in Intellectual Property & Technology in New York, NY Job requires five days a week on-site in NYC Compensation and Benefits : A competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications : A minimum of three years of prior work experience in patent litigation, ideally managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB, with experience in litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical).
Strong research, writing, and analytic skills. The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates. Strong management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as part of a team. A technical life science undergraduate and / or graduate degree is preferred.
