Your Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of technicians, allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Oversee electrical and mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional recommendations and solutions
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material usage, and any changes or deviations from original plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to provide innovative solutions
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution

Your Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems installation and maintenance
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical codes, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
