Floor : 7 th Floor Building : General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 27 Number of Staff Type of staff : Day Shift 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs Night Shift 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs Patient Ratios RN / LVN Team Model 9-10pts per team Type of equipment Telemetry monitors, IV pumps EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Telemetry experience ACLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Best personality Fit : Positive, flexible, adaptable, team player REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : ACLS, BLS Floating Area ( s ) : Has the potential to be floated to any other med / surg unit Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines .

Weekends and On call(if any) At minimum every other weekend, but will be scheduled to the greatest need.
